The terms and conditions governing your use of YBee services
Welcome to YBee! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the YBee platform, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Amirhossein Ghasemi Moroodi under the name YBee ("YBee", "we", "us", or "our").
Last Updated: September 9, 2026
Effective Date: September 9, 2026
By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Service.
By creating an account, downloading our app, or using any part of our Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 13 years old to use our Service. If you are under the age at which you can validly consent to data processing or enter into a contract in your country, including users under 16 in the European Economic Area where consent is the applicable legal basis, a parent or legal guardian must authorize your use. We may restrict features or request reasonable evidence of that authorization where required by law.
If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms.
YBee uses automated systems and third-party AI model providers to generate code and other output from your prompts. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, insecure, unsuitable for your intended purpose, or similar to output generated for another user.
YBee may select, route between, add, replace, or discontinue AI models, model versions, API aggregators, and AI providers as the Service evolves. We do not promise that a particular model or provider will remain available, and different requests may be processed by different models or providers.
AI-provider data practices vary. Depending on the provider, model, account configuration, and available privacy controls, a provider may retain or use prompts, specifications, generated output, and related technical metadata for safety and abuse monitoring, service improvement, or model training. YBee does not guarantee that every provider offers zero retention or excludes submitted data from training. You should therefore avoid submitting confidential, regulated, sensitive, or third-party personal data that is not necessary for your request.
Additional details are provided in our Privacy Policy. Where applicable law requires a separate notice, choice, consent, or other legal basis for a materially different use of personal data, YBee will provide or obtain it before enabling that use.
Automated safety checks may reduce risk but do not replace your responsibility to inspect and operate your app lawfully.
YBee is a zero-code AI platform that enables users to create mobile applications and games without traditional programming knowledge.
We strive to maintain high availability of our Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
To use certain features of our Service, you must create an account. You agree to:
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations.
You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful activities.
You agree to use our Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:
Apps created using YBee must comply with:
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by YBee and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of content you create using our Service. However, you grant YBee a limited license to:
YBee does not use identifiable or pseudonymized prompts, project content, feedback, or generated output to train its own models. This restriction does not change the separate third-party AI provider practices disclosed in the Privacy Policy.
By sharing content publicly on our platform, you grant other users the right to view and interact with your content according to the platform's features.
You must respect the intellectual property rights of others. We will respond to valid copyright infringement claims in accordance with applicable law.
YBee allows users to publish and share generated applications and games ("Shared Apps") via unique web URLs (e.g., hosted on open.ybee.app, {slug}.ybee.here.now, or ybee.app domains).
You retain full ownership of the custom content, graphics, and logic created using our Service. However, as the creator and publisher of a Shared App, you are solely responsible for its functionality, content, and any data processing or user interactions that take place within your published app.
By publishing an app or generating a live share link, you grant YBee a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, cache, transmit, render, display, and serve your Shared App and its assets to end users over the web.
Any app published with an active live link is accessible to anyone who accesses the URL. If you wish to revoke public access to a Shared App, you may unpublish or remove the app at any time directly through the YBee application.
Shared Apps must strictly adhere to our Acceptable Use Policy. Shared Apps must NOT:
YBee may use third-party infrastructure providers to publish and deliver Shared Apps. The provider, hostname, or technical delivery method may change when you republish or update an app. Your publishing relationship remains with YBee unless we expressly tell you otherwise. Provider outages, certificate provisioning, abuse controls, and technical limitations may temporarily affect a Shared App.
Anyone may report a Shared App through our reporting form. Reports must identify the exact app, explain the alleged illegality or policy violation, and be submitted in good faith. Knowingly false, abusive, or repetitive reports are prohibited.
YBee may inspect, restrict, suspend, or remove a Shared App when reasonably necessary because of illegality, these Terms, a security or operational risk, a valid complaint, a legal order, or a hosting-provider requirement. We apply restrictions diligently, objectively, and proportionately.
We may act immediately and without advance notice where necessary to address malware, phishing, imminent harm, evidence destruction, legal requirements, or infrastructure security. Otherwise, we will ordinarily provide the affected publisher with a clear reason and a way to request review. Reports and appeals may be reviewed by automated safety tools and by humans; final takedown decisions are not made solely from an unverified report.
We are not subject to a general obligation to monitor every Shared App. We may preserve relevant content, account records, and moderation evidence where reasonably necessary for security, dispute resolution, legal compliance, or legal claims.
Copyright and trademark complaints should identify the protected work or right, the exact Shared App URL, the allegedly infringing material, the complainant's authority, and sufficient contact information. Publishers may request review if they believe a restriction was mistaken.
Public hosting for Shared Apps is provided on an "as is" basis. YBee does not guarantee minimum uptime, indefinite link storage, or unlimited traffic bandwidth for Shared Apps, and reserves the right to enforce rate limits or bandwidth quotas on live links.
We offer various subscription plans with different features and limitations. Current pricing and plan details are available on our pricing page.
We may offer free trials for certain subscription plans. Free trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial period ends.
You may cancel your subscription at any time using the account, store, or cancellation method made available for your purchase. Unless mandatory law or the applicable store requires otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Nothing in these Terms limits statutory withdrawal, refund, cancellation, or digital-service rights.
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy using the legal basis applicable to each purpose, which may include performing our contract, complying with law, legitimate interests, or consent where consent is required. This includes:
If you choose to grant permission to receive notifications on your device, we may send you push notifications regarding your project generation status, publishing updates, account notices, and transactional alerts. You may disable push notifications at any time through your device's system settings. Logging out of your account on a device unregisters that device's push notification token from our active notification system.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, YBee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
Our total liability for claims arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, except where such a limitation is not permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body, or health, mandatory product liability, breach of essential contractual duties, or mandatory consumer rights.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you are responsible for third-party claims, damages, losses, or reasonable expenses caused by your culpable unlawful conduct, including:
You may terminate your account and stop using the Service at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you:
Upon termination:
These Terms are governed by German law. If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory protections granted by the law of the country where you habitually reside.
We encourage you to contact us first so that we can try to resolve a dispute informally. Any mediation or alternative dispute resolution requires agreement where it is not mandatory by law. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable law remain available; these Terms do not impose mandatory private arbitration on consumers.
We may modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will:
Where required by law or where a change materially affects your rights, we will request renewed acceptance before you continue using the affected feature. Otherwise, continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you must stop using the affected Service.
If you have any questions about these Terms of Service, please don't hesitate to contact our legal team.
